22-வது ஷாங்காய் ஒத்துழைப்பு உச்சி மாநாடு 2022, உஸ்பெகிஸ்தான் நாட்டின் சாமர்கண்ட் நகரில் செப்டம்பர் 16-17 ஆகிய 2 நாட்கள் நடைபெற்றது. இந்த மாநாட்டில் பங்கேற்பதற்காக பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி பங்கேற்றார்.
இம்மாநாட்டில் பிரதமர் உரையில் இடம்பெற்ற குறிப்புகள்: இந்திய பொருளாதாரம் இந்தாண்டு 7.5 சதவீத வளர்ச்சியடையும் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.
சிறுதானியங்களின் பயன்பாட்டை ஊக்குவிப்பதன் மூலம் உணவுப் பாதுகாப்பை உறுதிப்படுத்த முடியும்.
ஷாங்காய் ஒத்துழைப்பு அமைப்பில் இந்தியா, சீனா, கஜகஸ்தான், கிர்கிஸ்தான், பாகிஸ்தான், ரஷியா, தஜிகிஸ்தான், உஸ்பெகிஸ்தான் ஆகிய 8 நாடுகள் உறுப்பினர்களாக உள்ளன.
இந்த அமைப்பின் தலைவர்கள் நேரடியாக கலந்து கொண்ட உச்சி மாநாடு கடைசியாக 2019 ஆண்டு கிர்கிஸ்தான் நாட்டில் நடைபெற்றது.
நடப்பாண்டுக்கான தலைமைப் பொறுப்பை உஸ்பெகிஸ்தான் வகித்த நிலையில், 2023-ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான தலைமைப் பொறுப்பை இந்தியா செப்டம்பர் 16 அன்று ஏற்றது.
2017-ஆம் ஆண்டில் SCO கூட்டமைப்பில் நிரந்தர உறுப்பினராக இணைந்த இந்தியா, முதல் முறையாக தலைமையேற்றுள்ளது. அடுத்த (2023) ஆண்டுக்கான SCO மாநாட்டை இந்தியா நடத்தவுள்ளது.
